Transactional Services
The Inman Company serves as advisors on mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, debt restructuring and strategic relationships. We do not accept engagements if we do not believe we can add value. Each potential client is carefully screened and qualified. We eliminate businesses without: a) proprietary products or services, b) earnings and cash flow, c) experienced and committed management with strong values, d) adequate information and management systems, and e) commitment to growing shareholder value. We normally do not accept real estate transactions or engagements for start-ups, or small businesses with less than $5 Million in revenue.
Our transactional engagements typically last for a minimum of six months. Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and are incentive based consistent with investment banking industry standards.
